Perfection of Phillips, LLC offers flexible planning options tailored to your needs. Our total planning fee is
determined by a base cost, the tasks required, the number of guests, and the geographic location of your event. All pricing options are negotiable within reason. Payments can be made via cash, credit card, Zelle, or cash apps.

**Basic Package - Starting at $500.00** 


This package offers support to help you decorate your venue with peace of mind.
 

  • Client provides their own decorations  **Additional fees apply if you need us to provide decorations. ** 

  • Unlimited conversations or phone/virtual consultations 

  • Designed for events with 50-60 guests 

  • Limited to 5 hours of service 

  • Assistance with venue layout and setup 

  • Coordination and setup of reception and ceremony items 

**Additional fees apply if you need us to provide decorations. ** 

 **Extra charges for cleanup services, if requested. **

**Silver Package - Starting at $1,020.00** 
 

This package offers additional support to tie up any loose ends and ensure your special day is flawless! We’ll
keep your vendors on schedule, your guests happy, and you feeling wonderful.
 

  • Unlimited conversations or phone/virtual consultations 

  • Venue decoration (send a picture of the centerpiece for approval) 

  • Assistance with venue layout and setup 

  • Preparation of a day-of schedule (timeline and logistics)

  • Coordination of vendor arrival and setup times 

  • Oversight and coordination of the wedding rehearsal 

  • Supervision of ceremony and reception site setup 

  • Confirmation of delivery and proper placement of vendor items (cake, flowers, linens, etc.) 

  • On-site "emergency kit" readily accessible for you 

  • Coordination and setup of reception and ceremony items 

  • Cueing the start of all reception activities, including introductions, first dance, dinner, toasts, and cake cutting 

  • Oversight of on-site vendors 

  • Coordination of final payments and tips for vendors as needed
